The annual golf tournament supporting Trinity Valley Community College has become a tradition, and students in need will be the big winner.
Pinnacle Golf and Boat Club will be the host of the event — a four person scramble — that area golfers have been excited about for weeks.Kristen Bennett, TVCC vice president, said the tournament is important because it helps the college attract more students who are qualified but may have trouble paying for their education.
A hamburger lunch will also be served and trophies will be awarded for morning and afternoon flights.
