Shreveport Police investigators are seeking to identify a man accused of breaking into a vehicle while it was parked in a downtown parking garage.

Back on May 14, 2019, Shreveport Police patrol officers were called to a Shreveport Casino in the 400 block of Clyde Fant Parkway relative to a vehicle burglary. 

In speaking with the complainant, it was learned his vehicle had been burglarized and a firearm had been stolen.  Video surveillance of the crime was captured and is being distributed to the public in efforts to identify and locate the suspect responsible for the crime.

It was learned that the incident actually occurred on May 13, while the victim’s car was parked in the parking garage.

The man can be seen entering the victim’s vehicle and  following the incident, he was observed fleeing the scene on foot.  Police are urging anyone with information on the identity of the suspect to contact Crimestoppers at (318) 673-7373.
